Working with Tiia was nothing but a breeze! As a director you have a million things on your plate and a lot of decisions to make daily. Luckily Tiia and her team really do take a lot of the work off your plate when it comes to planning and executing picture day. She was well prepared with all materials. Of course you worry about people working with the babies and how they will handle crying children. Tiia, being a mom herself, handled this with love and care. She brought out toys and little games to help the children feel calm and safe. She was so patient with each child. It was clear how dedicated she was to making sure every family had a selection of good photos to choose from. Needless to say, we very much have enjoyed our experience with Norsym Photography the past two years and we cannot wait for picture day next year.
